This notice covers SulphurWorks Stream Deck profiles distributed through the Elgato Marketplace (each one a "Product"), offered by SulphurWorks ("we", "us").
What we collect: nothing
The Product is a set of Stream Deck key layouts and icons. When you press a key, it sends a keyboard shortcut or switches your Stream Deck profile on your own computer. That is all it does.
The Product does not:
- collect, store, or send personal information, usage data, device identifiers, or analytics;
- connect to the internet or to any SulphurWorks server;
- contain tracking, advertising, or third-party SDKs;
- read your keystrokes, screen, or files.
Other services
- Elgato Marketplace and Stream Deck software. Your purchase, download, and account details are handled by Corsair/Elgato and, for paid Products, by Stripe, their payment processor, under their own privacy policies. Refunds go through Corsair and Stripe. We do not use any buyer information we can see to market to you outside the Marketplace.
- Games and Windows features that the Product sends shortcuts to, such as Windows Game Bar, follow their own privacy policies.
Support messages
If you contact us for support, we use your contact details and message only to answer you. We keep them only as long as needed to resolve your request, and we never sell them. We share them only with Corsair/Elgato or Stripe when that is needed to resolve your request, such as a refund or a Marketplace support escalation. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Children
The Product is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If a future version ever needs to collect data, we will update this notice before that version ships and ask for your consent where required. Earlier versions keep the terms they shipped with.
