- New hero. The mascot skull now dominates the top of the page on load; the wordmark and tagline moved into the space just above the project cards, with even spacing between all three.
- Real wordmark. Replaced the baked-in logo image with actual text (Exo 2 Bold), given the same white/black/lime sticker outline as the mascot art.
- New mascot + accent color. Swapped in the refreshed skull artwork (better shading, glowing eyes, horn texture) and bumped the brand accent from a muted lime (#cbe83a) to a punchier chartreuse (#ccf000) to match it.
- SulphursReworks joined the hub as a third card ("Studio Work"), and a dead Sulphur's Addons link (pointing at a decommissioned .web.app URL) was fixed.
- Hub launched on Cloudflare Pages as the new umbrella site tying SulphurThreads, Sulphur's Addons, and SulphursReworks together.
